Sleep, trust

well last night had to stay over at a friends place to take care of his dog,

i just couldnt sleep, i now know that his ceiling needs to have 12 holes filled,

came into office read one of those 'why was i sent this email" fwds. but there was an interesting line in it about trust in a relationship.

In any relationship, the essence of trust is not in its bind, but in its bond. So hold the hand of the person whom you love rather than expecting them to hold urs and the rest for sure will follow.

met batman after 4 yrs for lunch today, was nice to meet him hes still the same not even put on a "8 pack" tummy
